SUFFOLK REGISTRY OF DEEDS

Francis 'Mickey' Roache, the Register of Deeds for Suffolk County, Massachusetts is the official who is responsible for maintaining a permanent public record of all properly drawn legal documents submitted by the public relative to real estate including deeds, mortgages, surveyor and architect plans, liens, Certificates of Title, and other records as mandated by statute.

Suffolkdeeds.com is a work in progress. We are presently making improvements by scanning in Recorded Land documents that date back to November of 1955. These images are not indexed. Our Recorded Land documents that are indexed go back to January 1978. We also have the vast majority of the Registered Land documents scanned in and are now available on our web site. When we finish, you will find online well over 11 million images, these include our Recorded Land Plans and Assessors Maps!
